Shelton A. Russell is the owner and publisher of American DBE Magazine, an industry trade periodical for historically underrepresented businesses and stakeholders in the infrastructure, transportation and construction industries. American DBE launched in 2013 and is the premier national publication for diverse businesses working in infrastructure, transportation and construction. Russell is also the owner of Evolution Supportive Services LLC, a consulting firm providing diverse business development, communications, and marketing services. Russell received a Bachelor of Science degree from Ohio University and later earned a Master of Business Administration degree from the Indiana University Kelley School of Business with a concentration in finance.
Gwen Reilly

Gwen Reilly is the principal of Gwendolyn M. Reilly, CPA, PLLC, a Research Triangle Region CPA and Accounting Firm. She is a native North Carolinian.
Gwen has been working in accounting since 2000 helping small businesses and preparing a variety of returns. In 2013 she became a Certified Public Accountant in North Carolina (NC CPA Certificate #37347)
Rosa Williams Oyeneye
Vice President of Administration
Rosa Williams Oyeneye is the Owner of Chefs for Senior Franchises in Durham, Chapel Hill, and Greensboro, North Carolina. Rosa also has 10+ years of Corporate experience in Human Resources and works in Talent Acquisition at DocuSign. Rosa completed her undergraduate education, a BA degree in International Relations, concentrating in International Business at American University. Later, she completed an MBA at the University of Phoenix. Previously, Rosa worked in education as a Director of Career Services.
